By using any Kreatures Services, you agree to the following:LAST MODIFIED: JULY 20, 2020THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS") SET FORTH BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE KREATURES BREEDABLE GAME LOCATED AT WWW.KREATURES.NET (THE "SITE") AND/OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES (THE "PRODUCTS"). THESE TERMS ARE A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND KREATURES AND GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO, AND USE OF, THE SITE AS WELL AS ANY RELATED PRODUCTS. Disclaimer of Warranties KREATURES IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH SECOND LIFE We are a third-party developer. We are not directly affiliated with Second Life in any way shape or form. We participate in the Content Creation Programs that Second Life has to offer. Limitation of Liability KREATURES shall not be in default if delivery is delayed or rendered impossible by forces of nature, war, civil commotion, governmental action, terrorism, fire, storm, flood, explosion, strikes, walkouts, other industrial disturbances, utility, services or transportation interruptions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. General Use Restrictions KREATURES grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to make use of our services. KREATURES can revoke your access to our service for any given reason. Read below for more information about how your license to use KREATURES can be revoked. Reasons for Termination 1.) If a user is found out to be hacking our code / exploiting our code / circumventing our code / etc. 2.) If a user is spamming Website URLs attempting to profit / harass / break United States law in any of our official chats / forums. 3.) If a user advertises other non-associated breedable games in any of our official chats / forums. 4.) If a user uploads any form of illegal material to our United States hosted servers. 5.) If a user disturbs the peace of the general community. 6.) If law enforcement contacts us to revoke access to a user, we will comply given proper evidence. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our service, at any time, for any reason. Cancellation If you no longer want to use Kreatures, it's simple - just stop rezzing your creatures in-world. You will never lose your Kreatures, but you may lose out on breeding cycles. If you want us to close/lock your account permanently, contact us via the Support Page. Online Experience Liability Kreatures is not liable for experiences had with non-Kreatures staff members. Any user you interact with over our network has nothing to do with Kreatures. Kreatures will never be liable for user experiences involving private chat discussions / public chat discussions. Password Restricted Areas of this Site You need a password to access certain areas of the Kreatures service. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to make use of these areas. You may NOT transfer this license to anyone else. Purchases If you purchase anything from Kreatures, your order is accepted as an offer to purchase said product.
